• Dane osobowe Hags będzie przetwarzać w celu zawarcia oraz wykonania umowy o świadczenie drogą elektroniczną usługi - założenia konta w Hags Connect oraz korzystania z jego funkcjonalności (podstawa prawna: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO). Ponadto, Twoje dane osobowe mogą być przetwarzane w związku koniecznością wypełnienia ciążącego na Hags obowiązku prawnego zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa (podstawa prawna: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c) RODO) oraz wynikających z prawnie uzasadnionych interesów Administratora, jakim jest m.in. ustalenie, obrona i dochodzenie roszczeń (podstawa prawna: z art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO).

This website, and any sub-sites thereof, (together the “Site”) is published and maintained by HAGS Aneby AB, its subsidiaries or sales companies (together “HAGS”). By using the Site you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this legal notice.

User warranties

You represent and warrant that you will use the Site in compliance with this agreement including the laws and provisions under this agreement and to comply with all existing and future Site policies and rules.
